About the Evaluation
Risk of recidivism is determined by the evaluation, a review of documents, and the results of rating scales such as the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT). When assessing recidivism risk, two key factors are a substantial period of abstinence/sobriety and some support system in place to prevent a relapse.
This will be an unbiased evaluation which means that it may or may not be favorable to your license reinstatement case.
Substance abuse evaluations are conducted remotely via telehealth. You must have a reliable WiFi/internet connection.
